Ingrīda Andriņa, a celebrated Latvian actress, left an indelible mark on the world of cinema with her memorable performances spanning multiple languages and genres. Graduating from the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography in Moscow in 1967, she quickly became a prominent figure at the Latvian National Theatre. Her most iconic role came in the 1970 film *The Last Relic* (*Viimne reliikvia*), directed by Grigori Kromanov, where she portrayed Agnes von Mönnikhusen. This film, a cornerstone of Soviet-era cinema, is highly sought after by collectors for its rich storytelling and cultural significance. Andriņa's impressive body of work also includes films in Estonian, Russian, and Azerbaijani, showcasing her versatility and commitment to the craft.
