10000 Hours is one of those quirky comedies that really takes you on a journey with its lead, Eric. He’s just a regular guy, totally relatable, who stumbles into a wild scheme after winning the lottery. It’s the kind of film that balances its humor with this oddly inspirational concept of committing to something for 10,000 hours. The pacing kind of ebbs and flows, capturing both the highs and lows of his training. While the performances aren’t going to win any awards, there’s a charm to Eric's relentless drive that makes the whole experience feel light and fun. The atmosphere has this indie vibe, and it feels like you’re rooting for him all the way, which is nice.
