7 Minuti is this raw exploration of loneliness, really hits you in the gut. The main character, Alfredo, is grappling with his past, and I think that dialogue with a cigarette is just brilliant. It’s a strange but powerful metaphor for his isolation. The pacing feels deliberate, almost like it’s mirroring Alfredo's internal struggle as he reflects on his love for Mario, a man he lost so much for. There’s something deeply impactful about how the film balances moments of stillness with bursts of emotion. The performances, even though we don’t have a known director, carry a weight that’s hard to ignore. It’s a distinct narrative on love and sacrifice, all wrapped in a somber atmosphere that lingers.
