90 Minutes is an interesting dive into the darker side of ambition and manipulation. Sang-Hee, played by Joo Sang-Wook, is a commercial director who embodies the greed and moral ambiguity often found in the industry. The pacing is deliberate, allowing the tension to build as we watch him exploit his power over women and navigate a loveless marriage for business gain. The film’s atmosphere is thick with unease, and the performances, particularly Joo's, capture a man spiraling deeper into his own moral decay. What stands out is how it critiques the price of success, and the practical effects are minimal but effective, enhancing the psychological tension without overshadowing the narrative. Not your typical thriller, for sure.
