A Slippage in Five Movements is really something different. This documentary is a visual journey paired with TÅru Takemitsu's minimalist score, 'Corona for Pianist(s)'. Itās more about feeling than narrative, you know? The way it captures light on water, the delicate interplay of shapes in natureāit creates this almost meditative state. I found the pacing quite intriguing; itās slow but purposeful, allowing you to really absorb each frame. The emphasis on the micro and elemental gives it a unique texture, almost like youāre experiencing the sound visually. The abstraction here isnāt for everyone, but if you appreciate the relationship between sound and image, this one has a distinctive vibe that lingers.
