The story follows our titular agent as he dives into a quirky, shady barbershop in Amsterdam, which feels like a character all its own. The pacing is brisk, mixing sharp wit with plenty of gags that keep you engaged. And, man, the animation has this distinct look—it's all fluid and playful but grounded enough to keep the action sequences exciting.
