So, ‘Blind Faith’ is a pretty unsettling short film, really. I mean, the whole premise is about a guy who literally removes his own eyes. It’s not just shock value, though; there's this palpable dread that hangs over the entire piece. The atmosphere is thick, and it plays with the theme of self-sacrifice in a twisted way. Pacing feels tight, and it keeps you on edge. Practical effects are used well, adding a rawness that digital effects just can't replicate. The performance is haunting, the actor really sells the agony and desperation. This is one of those films that lingers with you, if you can handle it. Definitely leaves an impression, that’s for sure.
