Cabin of Horror (2015) is a bit of a hidden gem in the indie horror scene. The atmosphere is heavy, thick with tension, and you can really feel the claustrophobia creep in as Jett and his crew are trapped in that gloomy cabin. The pacing, while deliberate at times, builds up to some genuinely unsettling moments. There’s a sense of dread that lingers, especially with how the evil spirit manifests. Practical effects are used effectively, adding to that raw, gritty feel that a lot of modern horror tends to lack. Performances are solid, especially from the leads, who really sell the fear and paranoia. It’s not groundbreaking, but it has its own charm and does deliver the chills. Worth a look, for sure.
