Clash of Egos is an interesting mix of comedy with a pinch of family drama. The film follows Tony, freshly out of a violent past, as he tries to reconnect with his kids during a routine outing. It's got this nice, nervous energy about it—Tony's attempts to be a better man are both awkward and endearing. Jensen's direction balances the comedic moments with the underlying tension of Tony's past, making for a layered viewing experience. And those moments in the cinema, watching the kids react to the film within a film, really capture a unique slice of life. Performances feel genuine, especially from the kids, who ground the narrative. It's not your typical family movie, but that’s what gives it a bit of charm, right?
