So, 'Coronavirus: Perfect Storm' really digs deep into the human experience during such a chaotic time. The atmosphere is heavy with tension, but there's this thread of faith that runs throughout, which is kind of refreshing among all the doom and gloom. The pacing feels a bit uneven at times, but it kind of works given the subject matter. You get this raw look at a New York reporter's life - struggles, ambitions, and that miracle moment that flips everything. The performances, while not stellar, have a genuineness that captures the weight of the story. It's interesting how it's the second part of JCFilms' trilogy – gives it a unique place in the context of the whole story they’re telling. Not your typical drama, for sure.
