But then it takes a wild turn as this turtle is rescued and rebuilt by these mysterious medics. The atmosphere is surreal, almost dreamlike, with a peculiar charm that’s hard to pin down. The pacing feels a bit uneven at times, but it adds to the whimsical nature of the story. What really stands out here is the practical effects; they give the whole transformation scene a unique texture that digital just can't replicate.
