Curvature is one of those lesser-known sci-fi thrillers that really plays with the mind. It’s a slow burn, creeping up on you with its tense atmosphere. The performances, especially by Linda Vista, are pretty compelling as she navigates grief and the bizarre situation of receiving warnings from what sounds like her own voice. The practical effects, though modest, add a nice touch to the overall feel of the time travel concept. It doesn’t rush, which some might find tedious, but that pacing lets you sink into Helen’s world of confusion and paranoia. Diego Hallivis's direction has a unique style, making it quite distinctive in a genre that can often feel formulaic.
