District B13 has this raw energy that’s hard to shake off. It’s set in a gritty, near-future Paris where the urban decay is palpable. The parkour stunts are a standout—really practical and fluid, elevating the action beyond typical shoot-'em-ups. The pacing is relentless, which really amps up the tension as the two leads, an undercover cop and an ex-thug, navigate the chaos. There’s a blend of humor and seriousness that keeps it from becoming too bleak. Plus, the social commentary on class division gives it an edge that you might not expect from a typical action flick. Definitely worth noting for the choreography and that immersive atmosphere.
