The practical effects, though not extravagant, are effective and add to the gritty feel. Performances vary, but there's a rawness that feels authentic. It’s not flashy but the psychological elements, the sense of desperation, it lingers with you. Definitely a unique watch if you appreciate those quieter, unsettling narratives.
