El Cordero is an interesting piece that blends comedy, crime, and drama in a way that feels raw and unsettling. Domingo, our protagonist, has this mundane life that spirals out of control after an accidental death. It’s fascinating how he’s haunted not by the act itself, but by the absence of guilt. The pacing is a bit uneven, shifting from darkly comedic moments to intense violence that really catches you off guard. The performances are quite compelling, especially the lead, who embodies that inner turmoil really well. The film's atmosphere feels gritty, almost like a reflection of Domingo’s fractured psyche. It’s definitely one of those films where you walk away with more questions than answers, which I appreciate.
