Exposure is one of those films that really sinks its claws into you, you know? It has this raw, unsettling atmosphere that pulls you deep into the wilderness with the characters. The pacing is deliberate, almost meditative at times, which heightens the tension as you wonder what’s lurking just out of sight. The performances feel very grounded; you can see the fear and desperation in their eyes without the need for over-the-top dialogue. It’s distinctive in how it uses practical effects to create a sense of dread rather than relying too heavily on CGI, which seems to be a rarity these days. The theme of isolation really hits hard, and you can't shake that feeling of being hunted, whether it’s man or beast. Definitely a film that lingers in your mind after the credits roll.
