Ezhuthappurangal is a rather compelling drama exploring the lives of three women navigating the complexities of a patriarchal society. You've got Rajalakshmi, the college lecturer and writer, whose progressive ideals clash with her fiancée's traditional views—striking, really. Then there’s Vimala, a divorced advocate doing her best to raise her child alone, which adds a rawness to her character. And Seetha, a college teacher caught in this whirlwind, adds another layer to the narrative. The pacing might feel a bit slow for some, but it really allows the emotional depth to sink in. The performances are sincere, and there’s a palpable atmosphere of resilience throughout, making it quite distinctive in its portrayal of women's struggles.
