Fe is this gritty slice-of-life drama that digs into the weight of desperation. You’ve got Pablo and Luciana, a couple in their early days of parenthood, and it’s clear right from the start that their situation is bleak. The performances are raw, almost unsettlingly so, with Luciana's faith contrasting sharply against Pablo's growing despair. It creates this palpable tension throughout the film. The pacing is deliberate, letting the viewer marinate in their struggles, which I found both engaging and, at times, uncomfortable. The film’s atmosphere is heavy, almost suffocating, capturing the essence of financial struggle and personal faith. It’s not flashy, but there’s a stark honesty in its storytelling that sticks with you long after the credits roll.
