Forgive and Forget is an interesting study of friendship and jealousy, really. You’ve got these two guys, David and Theo, who’ve been tight for over a decade, and then Theo’s ready to take a big step with his girlfriend, Hannah. The atmosphere is quite intimate, almost claustrophobic at times, as David grapples with his feelings. I mean, jealousy can be ugly, right? The pacing feels a bit uneven, but that just mirrors the emotional turmoil these characters are going through. Performances are pretty solid, especially from the lead, who nails that mix of anger and vulnerability. There’s a rawness to it—definitely some practical effects that add to the realism without overshadowing the story. It’s worth diving into, just for those themes of friendship and change.
