Her Friend Adam is a curious slice of life in a brief 16 minutes, capturing a boyfriend's jealousy in a way that feels both immediate and unsettling. The film has this tightly wound atmosphere, almost like you're holding your breath the whole time. The pacing is relentless, which really drives home the impulse of the main character. You don't see a lot of pieces that pull off continuous time like this, and it adds a unique flavor to the overall tension.
