So, this one, In and Out a Window, is an interesting piece. The whole thing feels like a deep dive into the potential of animation within a confined space. A window frame, right? It’s like Richard Tuohy takes that frame and just plays with it, bending it in all sorts of ways. The pacing shifts between almost hypnotic and jarring, which keeps you on your toes. The stroboscopic effects can be a bit much, but they really capture that surreal atmosphere. You might find yourself lost in the garden outside, while the animated elements blur the lines of reality. There’s something very tactile about it, even if the director’s name is still a mystery. Definitely a unique exploration of space in cinema.
