Joseph: King of Dreams is an animated film that takes a pretty bold approach to the Biblical story. The visuals are notable for their vibrant colors, which really set the tone and create a dreamlike atmosphere. The animation, while not groundbreaking, has a certain charm that resonates, especially in the way it captures the emotional struggles of Joseph. The pacing can feel a bit uneven at times; some scenes linger longer than they probably should. But the themes of dreams, betrayal, and redemption really come through, making it an interesting watch. The voice performances, particularly from Ben Affleck and Mark Hamill, add depth to the characters, giving them a bit more life than you might expect from a straight-to-video release.
