Journey to Saturn is an interesting blend of action and animation that really plays with the concept of misfits banding together. The pacing feels a bit uneven at times, especially during the early parts where they’re assembling the crew. But once they hit space, it really picks up. The animation style has a distinct charm, almost retro, which gives it character. The alien designs are pretty wild, clearly influenced by classic sci-fi but with their own twist. Themes of bravery and self-discovery run through, especially as the crew shifts from resource hunting to defending their homeland. It's not the cleanest film, but there’s a certain rough charm to it that keeps you engaged.
