The pacing is interesting; it shifts between high-octane action and moments that let you breathe and absorb the atmosphere. The practical effects have a certain charm, giving life to the decaying world around them. It’s definitely not your typical animated feature, and I think that distinct approach to storytelling and the blend of genres makes it stand out.
