So, 'Last Man' is this haunting little horror flick from 2022 that really plays with the idea of isolation. The atmosphere is heavy, almost suffocating at times, and it feels like you're trapped right alongside the protagonist. The pacing is deliberate, letting the tension build slowly, which I appreciate. The practical effects are pretty well done, giving it a raw, gritty feel that digital just can't replicate. Even though the director remains unknown, the performances hold up; there’s a desperation to them that really sells the story. It’s distinctive in how it explores themes of mortality and loneliness, and the way death is personified adds an interesting layer. Definitely a film that lingers in your mind after the credits roll.
