So, 'Like It Was' dives deep into the raw emotions of a couple facing their last chance. It's shot with this almost claustrophobic feel, as if the walls are closing in on their unresolved issues. The pacing is deliberately slow, which gives you time to really feel the weight of their conversations and unspoken words. You can sense the tension in every glance and pause. The performances—while not from big-name actors—are hauntingly authentic; you can see the pain and regret etched on their faces. It’s one of those films that doesn’t need flashy effects or a grand score. Just two people, a room, and a whole lifetime of memories to unpack. Definitely different from the usual dramas.
