Lucky Stiff is one of those offbeat gems that blends comedy with music in a genuinely quirky way. The premise is absurd but works, as you follow this down-on-his-luck shoe salesman taking his deceased uncle's corpse on a road trip to Monte Carlo. There’s a certain charm to the performances, especially with the way they handle the corpse—most of the humor is in the reactions. The music is catchy, but it doesn’t overshadow the oddity of the premise. The pacing is pretty steady, with enough zany moments to keep you engaged without feeling rushed. The whole vibe is lighthearted, but it subtly touches on themes of family and responsibility. Definitely a unique watch for collectors who appreciate something a bit different.
