The pacing is all over, with some hilarious moments that keep it light despite the action. Practical effects are decent, and while the performances aren’t award-winning, they bring a certain charm. It’s that blend of action and comedy that gives it a unique vibe. It’s a different flavor of vigilante story, for sure.
