So, 'Masterplan' is an interesting blend of comedy and drama that really captures the chaos of modern life. Mariano, the protagonist, is this neurotic guy who's on the brink of marriage, and he devises a small scam to furnish his new apartment. But man, things spiral out of control pretty quickly. The atmosphere is a mix of light-hearted moments and deeper themes, like the unpredictability of life and how far someone might go to secure their happiness. The pacing has a bit of a frantic energy which fits the storyline well. And there’s this quirky charm in the performances, especially the eccentric homeless guy who ends up with Mariano's beloved pet. It’s a unique take on the messiness of adult responsibilities.
