So, this concert film captures Metallica's WorldWired Tour stop in Edmonton back in 2017. The setlist is packed with classics, and it really showcases the band at that point in their career. The atmosphere is electric, and you can feel the connection between the band and the crowd. It’s interesting how they blend the older tracks with newer material—there's a sense of evolution in their sound. The performances are tight, and the camera work does a nice job of bringing you right into the action, though I sometimes wish they had more creative angles. There's a rawness to it, a kind of visceral energy that just resonates. Overall, it’s a solid slice of contemporary Metallica live.
Setlist highlights include 'For Whom The Bell Tolls' and 'Master Of Puppets'.The interplay between the band members is notable.Great representation of their sound evolution over the years.
