Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising is an interesting follow-up that builds on the chaotic energy of the first film. You've got Mac and Kelly, now trying to juggle parenthood while dealing with a noisy sorority next door. The dynamic here is different, with a mix of nostalgia and fresh conflict as they team up with their old fraternity rivals. The humor is a bit hit-or-miss, but there's a certain charm in how the film tackles themes of adulthood clashing with youthful rebellion. The performances from Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne are solid, though the new cast of sorority sisters brings its own flavor. The pacing feels a bit uneven at times, but it still manages to capture that wild college atmosphere, making it distinct enough from its predecessor.
