Night of the Loup Garou has this hauntingly eerie vibe, you know? Dr. Dax Wingo, the lead, really embodies that desperate search for validation. The pacing is a tad uneven at times, but it adds to that unsettling atmosphere. The film dives deep into Cajun folklore, which is refreshing and not something you see every day. You get these nice practical effects that remind you of classic horror, not overly reliant on CGI. The performances have a raw quality—especially from the supporting cast—that brings a certain authenticity. It's got that small-town dread, where everyone seems to know something but won't speak up. It’s a unique take on the werewolf mythos, for sure. Definitely leaves an impression.
