Noah's List is this interesting little 1995 animated short that takes a fresh spin on the biblical narrative. The animation style feels a bit dated but in a charming way, almost like a hand-drawn diary coming to life. It’s got a slower pace, allowing the themes of faith and perseverance to simmer, which is a nice change from more frenetic modern shorts. The voice performances, while not from big names, add a kind of sincerity that complements the visuals really well. What I find distinctive is how it focuses on the emotional journey of Noah, rather than just the flood. There’s a warmth to it that’s sometimes missing in more commercial animations.
