So, this one's from 2012 and it's part of the Pretty Cure franchise, which, if you’re into magical girl stuff, has a lot of depth. The setting in Minato Mirai gives it a vibrant, urban feel and you can really sense the excitement as the girls emulate their favorite Pretty Cures post-Fusion's defeat. The pacing is pretty brisk, which might catch some folks off guard, but it keeps the energy up. What stands out here is how it explores themes of friendship and individuality through Sakagami Ayumi, the new girl who feels out of place in a sea of energetic fans. Visually, it’s colorful, as you’d expect, and the animation has a certain charm, though it’s not groundbreaking. The performances are spirited, capturing the essence of these characters well, even if not all of it lands perfectly.
Part of a larger franchise that fans of magical girls appreciate.Vibrant animation and energetic storytelling.Focuses on friendship and individuality amidst the excitement.
