So, 'Resolution' is an interesting piece. It’s this slow-burn horror/mystery that really plays with your head. The whole premise is quite intriguing: a guy locks up his friend in a cabin, trying to force him to detox. But the pacing is what caught me—keeps you on edge without relying on cheap scares. The atmosphere is thick with dread, and there’s this constant undercurrent of something just being off. The performances are solid, especially the chemistry—or lack thereof—between the leads. And those practical effects? They do a lot with so little. It’s not your typical horror flick; it digs into themes of friendship and control in a really unsettling way. Definitely quirky, in a good way.
Focuses on psychological tension rather than jump scares.Unique narrative structure that keeps you guessing.Great for fans of indie horror with rich themes.
