Roombound is this quirky little comedy from 2025 about two brothers stuck in their rooms for 23 days. Their sister, Jete Jelbena, has Covid, and they decide to document their isolation experience. It really nails that feeling of cabin fever, mixing humor with a touch of surrealism. The pacing is loose and almost improvised at times, which adds to the authenticity of their interactions. You can feel the frustration and boredom, but it’s all served with a light touch, making it pretty relatable. The performances are raw, almost like you're peeking into their real lives. It’s distinctive for its simple setup but dives deep into sibling dynamics during a global crisis. Not something you see every day.
