Shadow Boxing 3 is a gritty dive into the life of a retired champ, Artyom Kolchin. The film's pacing feels almost reflective, capturing the weight of his past glories and the emptiness of his celebrity lifestyle. Sidorov manages to balance action with drama, and the boxing scenes, when they come, are intense and raw, grounding the narrative in a kind of raw realism. The performances are pretty solid, especially the dynamic between Artyom and his family, which adds depth to his character. There's a real exploration of legacy and personal struggle here, layered with the tension of what it means to let go of the ring. The atmosphere, though heavy at times, keeps you engaged throughout.
