So, 'SHITHEAD' is definitely one of those oddities that catches your attention for all the weird reasons. The film has this absurdly dark humor that pairs well with its off-kilter pacing, creating an atmosphere that's somewhere between cringe and curiosity. The premise, with a guy literally having 'shit for brains', offers this bizarre lens through which to examine mental health and the absurdities of life. The practical effects are surprisingly impressive, adding a tangible quality to the whole experience.
