So, Silent Hill Internal Prison, huh? It’s a mixed bag, really. Two years post the creepy happenings of the first, we get Victor and Alice, newlyweds drawn back to their hometown. The atmosphere is pretty thick with dread, that signature Silent Hill fog lurking everywhere. The pacing feels off at times, maybe trying to stretch too much into its runtime. There's a blend of practical effects that, while not groundbreaking, do evoke that horror vibe we expect. Performances are decent, though some moments feel a bit wooden. It’s distinct in how it explores the psychological toll of returning to a place steeped in trauma, but it doesn’t quite hit the marks of its predecessors. Still, it’s an interesting piece in the Silent Hill tapestry.
