Space Chimps is kind of a quirky take on the space race, but with chimps instead of humans. The animation has a certain charm, although it feels a bit dated compared to newer stuff. The pacing can be uneven at times, but there are some solid laughs woven into the adventure. The voice performances are pretty decent; Andy Samberg and Cheryl Hines bring some fun energy. It's interesting to see how it plays with themes of bravery and exploration, all while being, well, a bit silly. It definitely doesn’t take itself too seriously, which I appreciate. Not a classic by any means, but it has its moments that might resonate if you're in the right mood.
