Teleportal is an interesting horror flick that plays with the idea of reality and fiction. The story kicks off with a guy witnessing a murder on TV, and then, boom, he's yanked right into that very scene. The atmosphere is pretty unsettling, with a slow build that ramps up nicely as he struggles to navigate this twisted world. The pacing can feel a bit uneven at times, but it somehow adds to that disorienting effect of being thrust into something you can't control. Practical effects are used creatively here, giving it a raw edge that CGI just can't replicate. Not much is known about the director, which kind of adds to its mystique. Performances are solid, grounding the surreal premise in genuine human reactions. It's worth a look if you appreciate unconventional takes on horror.
