So, Thanga Thamaraigal, from 1991, it’s an interesting mix of action and romance. The plot revolves around five friends, who take it upon themselves to reform their brother-in-law, which leads to some rather unexpected twists. You can sense the camaraderie and the playful banter among the friends, it really sets the tone. Arjun Rubini gives a solid performance, and I think the chemistry really shines through. The pacing is kind of typical for early 90s cinema—sometimes slow, sometimes picks up quickly. And, of course, you can't overlook the music by Illayaraja, which adds a real emotional layer to the film. It’s a unique piece, definitely has its quirks and merits.
