So, The Crazy Companies II is one of those films that just embodies that late '80s vibe, you know? The humor is pretty slapstick but has some clever moments too, especially with the character dynamics. Horny's impending marriage sets off this chain of hilarious events, mostly thanks to his friends Frank and Kai, who aren't shy about expressing their opinions on love and commitment. The pacing feels a bit uneven at times, but it kind of adds to the chaotic atmosphere of the whole thing. You get this blend of miscommunication and screwball antics that somehow manages to be both relatable and absurd. The performances are over the top, but that's part of its charm. It's definitely a curious piece in the comedy genre, for sure.
