The Empty Sphere is an intriguing exploration of the cosmos with a unique twist. It opens with this stunning shot of burning debris, and you can feel the weight of time as it drifts from the vastness of space down to our waters. The pacing is deliberate, almost meditative, allowing you to absorb the visuals. I found the underwater sequences particularly mesmerizing; they blend seamlessly with those sci-fi-esque camera effects, creating a surreal atmosphere that lingers. Themes of isolation and the intersection of technology and nature are present throughout. It feels like you're on a journey, but in reverse, an odd kind of reflection on where we are and where we come from. Not your typical documentary, that's for sure.
