So, The Jungle Book: Return 2 the Jungle is this CG sequel that takes Mowgli on a new adventure, but honestly, it's a mixed bag. The animation has that kind of early 2010s charm, but it doesn't quite capture the lush feel of the original. Baloo's distraction by the beehive is a nice touch, though it does slow the pacing a bit. Shere Khan's scheming to trap the wolf cubs adds some tension, but nothing really feels new here. The performances are decent, yet they lack the heart that made the original resonate. Still, there's something kind of nostalgic about returning to that world, even if this installment doesn’t quite reach the heights of its predecessor. It’s worth a watch if you’re into the franchise.
