So, The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part is an interesting follow-up to the first one. It keeps that playful, self-aware humor but dives deeper into themes of friendship and change, which is refreshing. The animation is still top-notch, with a mix of CGI and practical effects that gives it that distinct Lego aesthetic. The pacing feels a bit off in parts, possibly due to trying to balance multiple storylines, but the vibrant colors and creativity keep it engaging. The voice performances, particularly from Chris Pratt and Elizabeth Banks, bring a nice energy. The Duplo invaders add a fun twist, but the real standout is how it reflects on growing up and dealing with new challenges.
