So, I came across 'The Seven Ages of Elvis' and it really offers an intriguing look at Elvis' life and career. The documentary, produced for Sky Arts, is filled with rare clips and photographs, which really give you a sense of his evolution as an artist. What’s interesting is how it weaves in insights from historians and musicians who were actually part of his world. The narration by David Upsall adds a nice, personal touch. The pacing feels thoughtful; it doesn’t rush through his story. You get to absorb the different phases of his life, which is something a lot of documentaries skimp on. Overall, it’s a thoughtful exploration of the man behind the myth.
