So, 'Two Dosas' is this quirky little indie that blends comedy and drama in a way that's kind of refreshing. You’ve got Pavan - pretty geeky, not the typical leading man, really. He takes his date, this ‘English Rose,’ to an Indian restaurant, thinking he’s nailed it. But then she decides to order in Hindi, and it spirals from there, right? It captures this awkwardness of cultural miscommunication perfectly. The pacing is a bit off at times, but it adds to the charm. The performances feel genuine, especially how Pavan navigates his own insecurities. It’s a nice little exploration of identity and romance, with a backdrop of delicious food. Definitely one to ponder over a good meal.
Cultural miscommunication at its finest.Interesting take on identity and relationships. The pacing may be uneven, but it has a charm.
