Unfriended is an interesting experiment in modern horror. The whole film plays out on a computer screen, which gives it that claustrophobic feel, like you're stuck in a digital limbo. The pacing is tight, and it ramps up tension as secrets spill out—definitely a commentary on social media's darker sides. The performances are surprisingly raw, capturing that high school vibe really well. The practical effects are minimal but effective, relying more on the unsettling atmosphere created by the unseen presence. It’s also cool how it tackles themes like guilt and the impact of online interactions, making it feel more relevant today than it did back in 2014.
