Vakuum is one of those films that really digs into the complexity of relationships and unexpected truths. What struck me about it is the heavy atmosphere; you can feel the weight of Meredith's shock over her diagnosis and the emotional fallout that follows. The pacing is deliberate, allowing you to sit in her turmoil, which can feel a bit suffocating but in a good way, if that makes sense. The performances, particularly from the lead, are raw and understated, grounding the drama in a very real place. It's interesting how the film explores themes of trust and betrayal with an almost minimalist approach, where the dialogue sometimes takes a backseat to the silence and tension. Definitely something to ponder long after the credits roll.
